Just before the pandemic lockdowns started back in March 2020, a new pizza place opened on Royal York Road right by San Remo Bakery, south of Evans. Revolver quickly became our favourite pizza place in Toronto. I like a thin melty crust that is slightly charred, with lots of savoury ingredients… it’s like a combo of a Neopolitan and New York slice. Here are some of our favourites.
All ingredients are homemade; the dough is vegan and the meat is nitrate free. Cheese is sourced from nearby Cheese Boutique on Ripley Avenue and Jesse Tree in Bolton. Revolver Pizza in Mimico is open every day from 11:30am – 9pm. 388 Royal York Road, Etobicoke, Toronto.
