Pauls Coffee Truck

Paul is a 1966 Ford Kurbside that has been retrofitted into a coffee truck, the first mobile specialty coffee truck in Toronto. You’ll find Paul parked a few days a week downtown in front of Robarts Library at the University of Toronto and here in Humber Bay Park in Toronto’s west end on the weekends.

Pauls Coffee Truck brews their drinks with specialty coffee beans from a Toronto company, Ethica Roasters on Sterling Road. Along with the lovely coffee selection, there are lemonades, chai lattes and hot chocolate.

Iced Blue Delta Lemonade

Paul can also be hired for private events. He’s a lovely addition to the little food truck collective on the Humber Bay Shores, which has one of my favourite views of the Toronto skyline.

You can find Pauls Coffee Truck on the weekends parked in Humber Bay Park at 58 Marine Parade Drive, Etobicoke, Toronto.
