What started as a coffee truck we visited in the summer in Humber Bay Shores park is now a permanent fixture at the base of the Palace Piers condos.
When I popped in I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, who was filling in for the usual barista. Andrew works for Ethica Coffee Roasters, the source of the delicious beans that Pauls uses to brew their coffee.
My preference is drip with a splash of milk. The summertime special Blue Delta lemonade is also delicious.
Pauls is open Tuesday- Sundays from 8:30am-5pm. 88 Palace Pier Ct, Etobicoke, Toronto.

Very convenient love that it is a street front and you don’t have to go into the building itself.
