The first standalone location of the gorgeous Hadrian Verrier Patisserie is opening in the space previously occupied by AG Macarons on The Queensway in Etobicoke. The bakery is expected to open in early December.
Hadrien Verrier, a French-born chef, started his culinary journey in Paris at the Ecole Superieur de Cuisine Française Gregoire-Ferrandi. He furthered his career at renowned establishments in France, and later relocated to Toronto working at high-end restaurants. Driven by a passion for French pastries, he founded Hadrien Verrier Pâtisserie, initially operating out of other businesses and on Saturdays at the Evergreen Brick Works, Toronto’s largest farmers’ market. He is dedicated to crafting the ultimate croissant, known for its impeccably flaky and buttery layers.

Until the standalone bakery opens, you can buy HV’s freshly baked croissants and other goods at Evergreen Brick Works Market every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. You can also order online in advance and pick up at the market on Saturdays. Hadrian Verrier Patisserie will be located at 709 The Queensway, Etobicoke, Toronto.
